What MIRAJ is

  • A Continuity Instruction (MCI) plus a human quorum. Conflict, court, or sanctions = freeze.
  • A Continuity Passport: the pack a Swiss receiver actually needs — not a token.
  • An evidence brain that asks what changed, whether the source is real, and what is still lawful. Forecasts may warn. They may not authorise.

What MIRAJ is not

  • Not a bank, vault, airline, insurer, or customs broker.
  • Not an escape service or a “get the money out” desk.
  • Not a six-hour promise. Not a live Route A.
  • Not AI that presses the button. Licensed institutions execute. MIRAJ proves the chain.
  • Not a claim that Dubai Customs’ Hatta/Oman Green Corridor is a proven bullion rail.
